The really love your style and your proportions and emotions are very well done

Overall i would say to focus on your coloring depth, since this is mainly cell shaded i would say try to blend with multiple colors (at least three) in each area, this will create more depth and life to your image and make the character pop more

I notice that i can see a small white area around all of the lines, i don't know if this was done on purpose or not but it is very distracting. When coloring digital always create a layer separate from the lines and set it to multiply, so you dont have to worry about going over the lines :3 Great work overall and dont give up! You have a lot of talent
